Duties will of course, be dependent on role, but some duties may include:

Accounts Payable

• Accurate processing of all purchase orders and invoices by providing accurate coding and obtaining authorisations


• Resolving customer queries


• Data entry


• Coordinating the approval process of all AP invoices

Accounts Receivable

• Credit control and debt collection


• Ensuring timely collection and control of debtor days


• Assisting with credit accounts


• Assist with legal processes in collection of outstanding debts


• Assisting with Month end report.


• Full report listing and reconciliations


• Process Banking of Receipts

Payroll

• Employee Data Management


• Time Tracking


• Payroll Calculation


• Benefits Administration


• Reporting


• Record Keeping


• Year-End Processing
