Your New Role

We are looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations. This role offers you the opportunity to apply your organisational skills in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that facilities run smoothly while supporting a vibrant workplace culture. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate office maintenance projects, ensuring timely execution
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance of key facility components to prevent equipment failures
  • Organise travel arrangements and manage expense reports efficiently
  • Prepare reports for management review on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure seamless IT infrastructure management
  • Work with Accounting, Legal, and Compliance teams to onboard and invoice new suppliers
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices in coordination with the payment team
  • Assist in annual budget forecasting and monitor budget adherence throughout operations
  • Evaluate external vendor performance and ensure compliance with firm requirements
