Programmed Facility Management are seeking a motivated and talented Security and Technology Systems Support Officer to join our team – servicing the Maintenance Services Arrangement Contract for Department of Justice.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing reactive and planned works, supporting the end users, and ensuring the seamless operation of security systems across multiple sites. You’ll play a key role in identifying recurring issues and implementing effective solutions, while also providing exceptional customer support through user training and remote assistance.
Your hands-on experience will be invaluable as you conduct site audits, perform system performance tests, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop a professional working relationship with the client and develop an ongoing knowledge of the client’s buildings and systems across their sites.
- Conduct site audits post-subcontractor work and test system performance.
- Open and manage work orders related to security technologies, including monitoring recurring issues and vulnerabilities for improvements.
- Manage stock levels and refresh cycles for critical spare parts.
- Ensuring OH&S requirements are met for the contract.
- Provide user training and phone support to end users.
- Assist with remote fault triage for regional sites.
- Document and track system obsolescence and ensure software versions are current.

About you
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both low-level and high-level integrations, as well as IT and networking principles. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service, and effective communication are required to be successful in this role. Attention to detail and the capability to work independently will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.
In addition to your experience, you will require the following:
- WA Drivers License
- WA Security Installers License
- WA Cabling License
- Gallagher Technical Certification
- IndigoVision Technical Certifications
- Previous exposure to Senstar, CellGuard and BOSCH mobile duress escort (preferable).
- Well-developed skills in Microsoft Office
- An ability to work autonomously within a team environment
