The Role: QMS Media Account Executives work within the QMS Media Sales division acting as a key point of contact for internal personnel, media agencies, creative agencies and clients alike. They are responsible for the coordination of out-of-home advertising campaigns, key account management in conjunction with the allocated Account Manager and broader Sales team, campaign maintenance, data management, sales bookings, and reports. The role will involve handling multiple accounts and a thorough understanding of each client’s needs and individual campaign objectives is crucial. Account Executives liaise closely with multiple touchpoints throughout campaigns, often daily. They manage administrative and campaign work and ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and as booked. This role is a combination of 30% Strategic Sales and 70% Operational Sales. What you will be able to do:
Ensuring delivery, accurate, timely reporting of weekly sales forecast
Multi-task and prioritize workload based on sales team's needs and internal/external deadlines
Communicates daily with Sales and Operations teams, as well as clients
Typing, collating and sourcing information for all correspondence and additional requests from Sales team
General administration support as required by Sales team
Develop detailed knowledge of all Company inventory and products
Ensure client requests are answered promptly and efficiently
Assist Account Manager with proposal generation, all weekly reporting and day to day duties related to sales
Management of active campaigns
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
Attending weekly Sales and client meetings;
Prepare post campaign documentation for clientele
Liaise with media agencies to assist with their ongoing needs related to campaign delivery
Minimum 5 F2F engagements per week
What are we looking for? Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Degree in Communications, Business or similar or equivalent work experience.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail.
An interest and focus in sales
Sound product/service knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
