About your new role:
As complex Medical wards the Registered nurse will be responsible for the delivery of quality patient care with general medical patients. This includes working with the Multidisciplinary team in achieving optimal patient outcomes, within the Excellence framework of hourly rounding, clinical bedside handover, safety huddles through the delivery of the best possible care to each patient in a safe and compassionate environment.
You will be supported in the role by your NUM, Clinical leaders and Education team. You will be provided with a comprehensive orientation to the service and facility. There are many career pathways and opportunities to develop in your role including various scholarships and facility professional development.
About You:
You will be a dedicated and passionate clinician who is focused on the provision of compassionate care to our patients. As a team player you will work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team with strong advocacy skills for any escalation of care requirements. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential in the role, with a sound understanding of the relevant policies and procedures linked to best practice.
