Employment Type: Part Time 7-day rotating roster
Hours: Up to 32 Hours per week
Position Grade: Enrolled Nurse Year 1 - 5
Salary: $63,130.85 - $68,599.17 Base Salary Per Annum (pro-rata)
Enterprise Agreement: Named NSW (non-declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Nurses Agreement 2017

About the role:
Come join our fantastic team of multidisciplinary professionals on the acute aged care side of St Vincents! Located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, our 34-bed ward has a strong focus in dementia, delirium and behaviour management with a Zero Harm focus.

We are looking for a highly motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. Xavier 9 North comprises of 34 bed acute aged care.
About you:
Are you an enrolled nurse with excellent acute nursing skills and experience in an acute hospital setting. We're a team that's all about support and building on your strengths and if you feel the same, we are the team for you.
If you have recently completed your new graduate program or you have aged care experience, then we’d love to hear more about you.
You'll have a Nurse Unit Manager, a care coordinator and Clinical Nurse Educators backing you up. All our teams are also fully dedicated to collaborating with you

Selection Criteria
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
2. Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse (EN; Division 2) with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency and a minimum 12 months post graduate acute hospital experience preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team, managing time constraints under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse
5. Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
6. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
