Are you a skilled technician passionate about improving lives through hands-on problem-solving and technical expertise? As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and safety of essential medical equipment, providing maintenance and repair services that enhance the mobility and quality of life for individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair medical mobility equipment on-site.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining equipment to the highest standards, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery and continual improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, providing insights on equipment performance and repair needs.
- Follow all safety and compliance standards related to medical equipment servicing.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medical or technical equipment.
- Full working rights in Australia (No sponsorship available).
- Previous Australian work experience is required.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance procedures related to equipment servicing.
- High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience.

What You'll Do Every Day
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on medical mobility equipment.
- Work closely with customers to provide updates on service activities and offer recommendations for equipment care.
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and improve service processes.
