Are you a skilled technician passionate about improving lives through hands-on problem-solving and technical expertise? As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and safety of essential medical equipment, providing maintenance and repair services that enhance the mobility and quality of life for individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair medical mobility equipment on-site.


• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining equipment to the highest standards, ensuring optimal functionality.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery and continual improvement.


• Maintain detailed records of all service activities, providing insights on equipment performance and repair needs.


• Follow all safety and compliance standards related to medical equipment servicing.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medical or technical equipment.


• Full working rights in Australia (No sponsorship available).


• Previous Australian work experience is required.


• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.


• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance procedures related to equipment servicing.


• High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience.

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on medical mobility equipment.


• Work closely with customers to provide updates on service activities and offer recommendations for equipment care.


• Accurately complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.


• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and improve service processes.
