Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6 days per weekHours: 1st shift – 6am to 3pmJob Description:We are seeking a proactive and strong Sanitation Lead to oversee the cleaning and sanitation of our warehouse, which includes both food-handling areas and spaces that can be dirty and dusty. The ideal candidate will be able to hold staff accountable, ensure all sanitation tasks are completed efficiently, and maintain a clean, safe working environment. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a very cold environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the sanitation team to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing tasks are completed to standard, including in areas that may be dirty and dusty.
• Conduct daily audits and inspections to verify the completion and quality of work.
• Meet with auditors and provide necessary documentation and reports.
• Oversee the sanitation of a food warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Create and implement a daily, weekly, and monthly master cleaning schedule, ensuring it aligns with Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
• Ensure staff adhere to safety guidelines and food safety regulations.
• Perform regular assessments of cleaning procedures to continuously improve efficiency.
• Work in a cold environment as needed, overseeing sanitation in temperature-sensitive areas.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sanitation, preferably within the food industry.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in environments that may be dirty, dusty, and cold.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to design and manage cleaning schedules.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with auditors and internal teams.
• Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations, especially in food-handling environments.
