Job Summary:
The Bilingual Account Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and coordinating staffing services. This role requires a customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and can effectively communicate and manage accounts in both languages. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts in Palm Desert and Desert Hot Springs.
• Build and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and regular check-ins to ensure service quality.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of staffing services and industry trends to provide effective solutions to clients.
• Resolve client concerns and provide timely follow-up on staffing needs.
• Ensure all sales and client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or staffing (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of staffing industry and local labor market trends is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
