Job Description
As a Senior Customer Experience Supervisor, you will lead the Payment Plan program and oversee operational volumes, reporting, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze payment plan operational volumes.
- Review payment plan reporting and ensure proper posting of payments.
- Coach team for customer service excellence.
- Partner with project manager and provide business analyst support.
- Compile reporting for projects and deliver weekly reporting as needed.
- Increase program efficiencies and update program SOPs.
Requirements
- Excellent communicator.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Able to complete research and report on findings.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service contact centers.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $61,985 - $80,500 based on experience.
