Volt is immediately hiring multiple Warehouse Lead / Supervisor for immediate hire in Visalia, CA.
As a Warehouse Lead / Supervisor you will:

• Supervise a team of general labor / entry level visual inspectors
• Ensure lines are set up and moving throughout the day
• Ensure production goals are being met

These are 1 – 3 month temp roles to help with a special project. We need one Lead or Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shift. Hours are: M-F from 4pm – 12am or 12am – 8am.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year of working as a Warehouse Supervisor or Production Supervisor OR Production Lead or Line Lead, etc
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen

Pay Rate: $25/hr for 1st shift, $25.40/hr for 2nd and 3rd Shift
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
