Volt is immediately hiring for Inventory Technician in Gardena, CA.
As a Inventory Technician you will:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, locations, and movements within the warehouse.
• Thoroughly document all inventory transactions and activities.
• Coordinate the movement of inventory between different locations or departments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Manage the receiving of incoming shipments, verifying their accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect received items regularly to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with recorded levels, addressing discrepancies.
• Fulfill internal inventory requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels to initiate replenishments and reorders to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday
Pay range $18-$24 per hour
The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience working in inventory management, stock transfers, or related tasks within a warehouse environment.
• Preferred; forklift operation experience, inventory management software.
• Analytical thinking to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• A willingness to adapt and manage time efficiently to meet inventory management deadlines and operational requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse and effectively manage inventory locations.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations, including navigating an ERP system for work orders.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues in inventory processes and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and meet inventory needs.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, stand for extended periods, and maneuver comfortably in tight spaces.
