The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in healthcare settings, providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Job Details:

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Okay with either day, evening, or night shifts.
• Hourly pay range of $36-39
• Both part-time and full-time positions available

Required Qualifications:

• Specialises in Long Term Care
• Completion of a state-approved practical nursing program.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• With prior experience and strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical practices.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct patient care and medication administration.
• Proficiency in conducting health assessments and recognizing changes in patients' conditions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.
• Capability to maintain composure and provide care in high-pressure situations.
• Understanding of infection control protocols and safety measures.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and medical documentation.
• Adherence to ethical and legal principles in healthcare delivery.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as necessary.
