Mix paints per manufactures specs
Preparation of parts prior to painting including masking, sanding, and cleaning
Complete workflow documentation thoroughly and properly as required
Inspection: Knowledge of the expected response and appearance of the material being painted
Clean and repair paint equipment
Touch-up parts as needed
Wear proper safety equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times
Keep work area clean
Some overtime may be required
Ability to regularly and frequently lift 50 pounds
Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, carrying light and heavy loads, and climbing stairs and ladders. Equipment Inspection:
- Conduct regular inspections of industrial machinery and equipment to identify electrical issues or malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
Electrical Repairs:
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems in machinery, control panels, and other industrial systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, wiring, and components to minimize downtime.
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Programming:
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLCs to optimize the functioning of industrial equipment.
- Implement changes to PLC logic and control systems based on operational requirements.
Motor and Drive Systems:
- Inspect, repair, and replace electrical components of motors and drive systems.
- Ensure proper alignment and calibration for efficient operation.
Instrumentation and Control Systems:
- Maintain and calibrate instrumentation and control systems used in industrial processes.
- Implement upgrades or modifications to improve system performance.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines related to electrical work.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement measures to enhance overall electrical safety.
Replacement of Electrical Components:
- Replace or upgrade electrical components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and sensors.
- Ensure the availability of spare electrical parts and maintain an organized inventory.
