Job Description

We are seeking to build a maintenance team in the DFW area. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and performing preventive maintenance on multi-axis CNC equipment at customer sites throughout North America.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance on multi-axis CNC equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform machine and software upgrades.
  • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Properly handle 480VAC and conform to related safety procedures.
  • Interpret mechanical layout drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of materials.
  • Complete required paperwork on time, including service reports, discrepancy reports, and expense reports.
  • Achieve and maintain Customer Survey Satisfaction rating as established by the Service Manager.
  • Provide technical telephone support as required.
  • Conduct final product testing in-house as required.
  • Conform to OSHA’s safety guidelines and follow proper lockout/tagout procedures.

  • Experience with Plasma, Laser, and Oxyfuel cutting processes
  • Experience with multi-axis CNC machines
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software
  • Familiarity with power and construction tools such as hammer drills, impact guns, and cordless drills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a 'customer first' mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Work Environment

This role requires 100% travel, visiting different customer sites weekly to work on machines. The work environment involves hands-on interaction with various high-tech machinery and adherence to strict safety protocols.
