Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Commercial Lines Training and Support Lead for a remote position. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in commercial lines and Vertafore's suite of products - AMS360, InsurLink, BenefitPoint, and WorkSmart. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the training and onboarding processes for our commercial lines team, ensuring that all staff are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position and requires the candidate to be located in the PT or MT time zone.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for commercial lines staff on AMS360, InsurLink, BenefitPoint, and WorkSmart.
2. Provide ongoing support to team members, addressing any software-related queries or issues promptly and effectively.
3. Collaborate with management to identify areas of improvement in operational processes and implement necessary changes.
4. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
5. Stay updated on the latest features and updates of Vertafore's suite of products and ensure this knowledge is effectively transferred to the team.
6. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in our operational processes and software systems.
7. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages continuous growth and development.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines operations.
2. Proficiency in Vertafore's suite of products including AMS360, InsurLink, BenefitPoint, and WorkSmart.
3. Proven experience in a training or support lead role, preferably within the insurance industry.
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver complex information to a diverse audience.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
6. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and development, with the ability to stay updated on the latest industry trends and software updates.
8. A positive and motivational approach to training, with the ability to foster a productive learning environment.
