We arecurrently looking fora Commis Waiter to joinour Sushi Bar team.

The responsibilities of theCommis Waiter are:

• Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for the various shifts

• Present and serve food to the guests with proper sequence and timing, mentioning the name of the dish to the client and explain some of the dishes when requested to do so

The Experience & Qualifications required asCommis Waiter are:

• Significant experience in a similar position is essential

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous

Please note the working hours for this role are on five days basis - Tuesday to Saturday, only straight shifts from 4pm - Close. Sunday and Monday always off with straight evening shifts.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
