Location: Bristol
Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite

Are you a self-starter with a drive for Project Excellence? One of the UK's Top Property Providers is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to steer key programmes, ensuring seamless delivery and strategic alignment!
Working closely with senior leadership, the PMO Lead will oversee programme governance, implement effective change frameworks, and champion collaboration to deliver impactful results that enhance the overall customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the programme is seamlessly integrated with the Enterprise portfolio, fostering effective communication and collaboration across all levels
- Collaborate with the EPMO to develop and enhance the Change Framework
- Champion innovative delivery methods
- Oversee demand management, resource allocation, and capacity planning
- Promote a motivating and supportive culture to enhance team performance
- Monitor and assess programme quality to ensure alignment with the group strategy
- Develop and maintain programme dashboards and reporting tools
Key Experiences:
- Proven track record in managing a portfolio of projects
- Experienced in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, as well as Project Governance
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and delivery conflicts across multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
- Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and efficiency of the portfolio
