Contract: 18-Month Fixed Term
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time
Are you an experienced ME Project Manager looking for a new challenge? I'm working on behalf of my client, a prestigious corporate office site in Bristol, to recruit a talented and driven Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager. This role involves overseeing two large-scale projects on-site, managing all mechanical and electrical (ME) activities, ensuring smooth operations, and handling the ongoing maintenance of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee two significant ME projects on-site, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Maintenance Oversight: Manage all ME activities across the site, ensuring ongoing systems maintenance and addressing any issues that arise.
Subcontractor Management: Lead, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in line with strict health and safety standards, including preparing and monitoring Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and manage project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of work is maintained.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in ME project management within a commercial or corporate setting.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and maintenance.
Experience in overseeing large-scale projects, managing subcontractors, and working with budgets.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and RAMS.
Ability to lead teams effectively and ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
Strong communication and organisational skills.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled ME Project Manager to take ownership of two major projects, ensuring the smooth running of all mechanical and electrical activities at a large corporate office site. You'll be working closely with a dedicated team on-site and liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
