Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance professional seeking a new challenge? Our client is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Lead Engineer/Supervisor to join their team in Bristol. With a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, this role offers competitive pay and excellent benefits, as well as excellent opportunities to become a Contracts Manager in the near future.

As a Lead Engineer/Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations across various sites in the South West of England. Your responsibilities will include ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of maintenance technicians
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Liaise with clients to address their maintenance needs effectivelyRequirements:
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Strong technical skills across various trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
