The Commercial Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing various facets of commercial operations, including managing KPIs across the organization, developing analytical models, identifying revenue leakage areas, and managing DSCSA compliance. They would also be responsible for developing relationships with various team leads and driving data-based efficiency improvements.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Understand existing KPIs, and develop new ones, post in-depth discussions with division leads
    • Development of a KPI dashboard for all divisions of commercial operations divisions
    • Calculation and publishing of said KPIs
    • Performing root cause analysis for non-performance using a data-based approach
    • Formulating and implementing improvement strategies
  • Analytics
    • Support all analytical requirements for the organization through analytical skills as well as an in-depth understanding of business and available reporting systems
    • Understand various financial processes and the impact of commercial operation activities on financial aspects of business
    • Develop models to identify revenue leakage proactively and recommend corrective actions
    • Implement cross-division improvement projects
    • Manage the budgeting process from commercial operations perspective
  • Manage DSCSA Compliance
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of Ingenus’s DSCSA system and its integration with other partners
    • Monitor and respond to DSCSA-related verification requests, as well as send EPCIS data to customers as required
    • Identify root cause for DSCSA misses and work with the 3PL and internal IT teams to fix the same

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools especially Excel
  • Possess strong problem-solving, communications and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy

Education and Experience

· Experience in customer service required

· Experience in inventory management or the pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Physical Demands

· This position requires the employee to use a computer and telephone routinely.

Work Environment

· General office environment with work-from-home flexibility
