Insight Global is seeking curious, passionate, and team-oriented customer care agents to join a new team in Atlanta, GA. Come and meet the eCommerce team that powers our sports clothing retail customer base across the US and Canada. From merchandising and marketing to product management and technology, the consumer is at the center of everything we do! This team is known in the industry for the relentless improvement of the customer experience-always striving for a better, faster, easier experience.
The role of customer service Representative is imperative to our Program culture and future growth. The candidate should have strong people skills and a commitment to resolving problems. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to:
- Deliver world-class service to inbound customers.
- Listen to customer’s needs and provide helpful solutions to their concerns.
- Offer support to customers’ needs and deescalating issues they may have.
- Recognize ongoing customer call trends and acting on them.
- Monitor and follow-up on Zendesk tickets and emails.
- Listen, Investigate, and solve customer complaints.
- Investigate customer issues/problems and create beneficial solutions.
- Follow dialogue script prompts during phone calls.
