Aftersales Consultant (Service Advisor)

They are seeking an Aftersales Consultant, also known as a Service Advisor, to join their robust workshop team. While a technical qualification or knowledge is beneficial, its not essential, what is non-negotiable, however, is extensive experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised motor dealership. Proficiency in Autoline, exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer focus, impeccable grooming and presentation, as well as your own transport, are all must-haves for this role. Job Requirements. Matric Certificate Technical qualification or knowledge (Advantageous) A valid Drivers License and own transport Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised brand motor dealership Above average customer service skills Exceptionally well groomed and presented Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties Have working knowledge of a DMS (Autoline preferred) A stable work history Contactable references You will need the following documents when applying; A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving.
