What you will do
The IT manager responsibilities include executing the IT strategy, roadmap, building and ensuring a proper architecture, product management and business partnering for Kenvue’s Customer Development and Sales Operations in LATAM. This position, in close collaboration with the business, other IT teams and external partners, ensures that our Retail excellence teams have all IT capabilities needed to maximize opportunities and execute flawlessly in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Customer & Sales IT Strategy and assist on defining Roadmap for Kenvue Latin America.
- Work with Customer Development & Sales Operations to ensure business alignment, value proposition and tangible business outcomes on prioritized products and initiatives.
- Collect business requirements and map out business processes and improvements opportunities.
- Lead product development and delivery according to business strategy, roadmap and its priorities.
- Manage Product life cycle, business adoption, value realization and support.
- Help craft improved business process and implementation methodologies with an Agile mindset.
- Develop and manage talents in the Product line.
- Work in partnership with BTLs in LATAM hubs to support them in implementing local business needs.
- Support IT Sr. Manager and PPO on budget control, project status, initiatives, new opportunities and functional capabilities.
- Assist regular compliance audits to ensure controls are consistent with SOX requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Kenvue policy and IT methodology as well as global IT standards.
- Bring up and assign IT and business processes issues.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related is required.
- Solid experience (8+ years) in Information Technology working for large companies, implementing IT projects, mostly for Sales & Marketing areas.
- Strong consumer goods commercial business processes knowledge.
- Expertise driving technology strategy for a line of business and adoption of IT solutions/products.
- Good communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills.
- Ability and expertise in leading people and teams on multi-functional, cross-countries projects.
- ITIL, Agile and PMP knowledge.
- English and Portuguese is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing Trade Promotion Management.
- Salesforce.com (SFDC) and analytics applied to Sales areas.
- Spanish.
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
