About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure every interaction with customers is exceptional and leaves a lasting impression.
Prepare Essential Documentation: Create hire contracts, quotations, and other important correspondence with precision.
Handle and Track Enquiries: Address customer enquiries, source new business opportunities, and keep detailed records.
Follow Up Efficiently: Follow up on quotations and enquiries to convert potential leads into successful deals.
Generate Reports: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports to keep track of key metrics.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep all records up-to-date and meticulously organised.Skills and Experience

Top-Notch Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Multi-Tasker: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Numerate and IT Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and comfortable handling numbers.
Industry Experience: Previous experience as a Hire Controller or in a similar role within the hire industry is a significant advantage.Key Attributes
