**License:** Virginia State License (can utilize 90-day temporary form while the VA license is issuing)

**Certifications:** ARRT, BLS

**Must-Have:**
- Experience with IV Starts, PACS, Contrast
- Ability to work in various settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, Adult ICU, Level 2 Trauma
- Competence in handling various CT procedures: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction

- No floating required within the facility
- No floating to sister facilities
- Block schedules subject to manager's discretion
- Local candidates accepted
- Leave requests subject to manager's approval
- Level II Trauma Center environment
- Working in a facility with 431 staffed beds
- Preferred experience with Epic charting
- Flu vaccine required without exemptions
- Completion of up to 8 hours of modules required within one week of signing (not billable)
- Travel pairs may be submitted but must be on separate units and no guarantee of the same shift schedule
