**Job Description:**
- Prepares patients for radiology examinations by confirming physicians' orders, verifying patients' identities, and obtaining adequate medical histories.
- Performs radiology examinations/procedures on all patient age groups, from infants to geriatrics.
- Maintains clinical competency through completion of an annual Competency Based Orientation Tool for Radiologic Technology Clinical Associates Level I.
- Adheres to departmental policies, procedures, standards, and protocols to ensure effective departmental operations and quality patient care.
- Typical daily caseload includes general walk-in X-ray, fluoroscopy, and OR procedures, with approximately 70 patients per day.
- COVID-19 vaccinations are required, with medical/religious exemptions accepted; weekly testing compliance necessary.
- Required to complete up to 8 hours of modules within one week of signing (not billable).

Please note specific charting in Epic is preferred and candidates should be willing to float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals depending on volume and census.
