Blue Yonder WMS/WLM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced consultant with deep expertise in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Workforce Management (WLM). This role will focus on providing advanced support, leading enhancement initiatives, and optimizing Blue Yonder functionalities to drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Technical Support : Deliver expert-level support for Blue Yonder WMS and WLM, resolving complex issues efficiently to minimize business impact. Enhancement Management : Lead system enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation to align Blue Yonder applications with evolving business needs. Configuration & Customization : Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS/WLM to meet operational requirements, adhering to industry best practices and standards. Data Integrity : Ensure data accuracy and integrity within WMS/WLM systems, working closely with data teams to maintain alignment across platforms. Documentation : Develop and maintain clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and support continuity. Training & Mentorship : Train end-users and mentor junior consultants, encouraging continuous improvement and user proficiency in Blue Yonder applications. Project Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new implementations, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance to support organizational goals. Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication on system functionality and enhancements. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum 5 years working with Blue Yonder WMS and WLM, with a strong focus on support and system enhancements. Technical Skills : Proficient in Blue Yonder systems, warehouse operations, and data analysis. Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is advantageous. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and implement practical solutions. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred : Blue Yonder certification(s), experience with Agile methodologies, project management skills, and familiarity with industry best practices in warehouse and workforce management.
