The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

What will be your mission

Responsible for executing the planning of first mile routes, acting as an interface to connect the necessary teams where there can be sufficient communication and alignment to build a path of consistent results.

Job Description:
How will your day-to-day look like

• Ensure the alignment of information between planning and operations;


• Assist in updating and analyzing logistics process control indicators, identifying improvement points and proposing action plans to address such points;


• Meet the indicators established in the first mile planning area;


• Propose improvements in the system, processes, and tools that can assist in operational monitoring and control;


• Support planning analysts in the execution and control of activity installation.

Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge

• Pursuing a degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related areas;


• Advanced Office Suite skills;


• Knowledge of Google tools (sheets, docs, presentations);


• Basic English;


• Experience in operations planning, preferably in e-commerce;


• Experience in expedition planning (network);


• Logistical knowledge.
