Job Description : As a Presales and Solution Architect specializing in analytics space, you will play a crucial role in driving business by understanding customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our analytics products and services. Your responsibilities will include : 1. Presales Support : - Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. - Conduct discovery sessions and requirements gathering to identify opportunities for analytics solutions. - Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the benefits of our analytics offerings. - Conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concept to showcase the capabilities of our analytics solutions. 2. Solution Architecture : - Design end-to-end analytics solutions that address customer requirements and deliver business value. - Work closely with technical teams to architect scalable and robust analytics platforms. - Define data integration strategies, data models, and analytics workflows. - Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance analytics capabilities. 3. Customer Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business users. - Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on analytics best practices, industry trends, and solution roadmap. - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 4. Maintaining OEM and Partner Relationships : - Manage relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and partners to leverage their technologies and offerings in our solutions. - Collaborate with OEMs and partners to co-create integrated solutions that deliver added value to customers. - Stay updated with OEM and partner offerings, roadmaps, and industry trends to inform solution development and customer engagements. 5. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing : - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery, to drive successful customer engagements. - Share insights and lessons learned from customer interactions to improve solution offerings and sales strategies. - Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and industry events. 6. Project Delivery Transition : - Collaborate with the project delivery team to transition from presales to implementation phase. - Ensure a smooth handover of solution architecture and customer requirements. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to project managers, developers, and data engineers during implementation. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field. - Minimum IT experience should be 8 years and should have atleast 5 years of experience in data analytics space. - Proven experience in presales, solution architecture or consulting roles within the analytics domain. - Strong understanding of technologies such as data warehousing, data lakes, BI tools, data visualization, machine learning and AI. - Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., SAS solutions / AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and analytics frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, TensorFlow). - Proficiency in DevOps. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions and ROI calculations. - Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer success and revenue growth.
