Job Description
Service Care Solutions is hiring a Fire Safety Coordinator to manage fire risk assessments and ensure compliance across buildings in Southwark.
This is a full time, temporary assignment offering £25 Umbrella LTD per hour (approx. £20.10 PAYE per hour)
Key responsibilities include:
Program Management: Oversee fire risk assessments, inspections, and compliance actions. Coordinate surveyor visits and prioritize tasks.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Provide compliance reports and recommend remedial actions.
IT & Data: Manage fire safety databases and systems, ensuring integration with corporate systems. Compile and share risk data across departments.
Liaison & Project Coordination: Work with external agencies (HSE, London Fire) and internal teams (Building Control) on fire safety issues.Requirements:
Strong Fire Safety and H&S knowledge, ideally with public sector experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
