PastryChef de Partiesin our team are passionate aboutbaking,chocolateand patisserie.Theyare committed and havea natural drive for excellenceproducing the most delicious food.

• Use your eye for quality and creative flair to produce high quality food from scratch.

• Work closely with Pastry Sous Chef to plan menus,productsand seasonal offering for the outlets.

• Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets. To cost all menusin accordance withthe budget, record daily wastage and quantities sold.

• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safetyaremaintainedat all times.

• Develop the skills of the team throughappropriate training,coachingand mentoring.
