Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and present seasonal, fresh dishes to a high standard
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are met
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Help manage stock control and assist in minimizing waste

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium dining setting
• Strong understanding of British cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene regulations
• Passion for quality food and delivering an exceptional dining experience

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum, plus benefits
