Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen in creating seasonal menus with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Oversee food preparation, quality control, and kitchen hygiene
• Manage a team of chefs, providing training and support
• Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained
• Work closely with management to control costs and maximize profitability

Requirements:

• Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a premium dining environment
• A passion for delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a kitchen team
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and GP
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, plus benefits
