North Kent (hybrid working)

£45-50k + bonus + bens

Monday to Friday (flexi hours)

We are delighted to bring to the market a brand new Technical and Validation Quality Lead role working for an incredibly sought-after employer within a scientific field, who offer a range of benefits and opportunities to their workforce.

Duties for this role include:

• Offering sound technical leadership to the Quality Assurance team
• Managing complaints from start to finish ensuring meticulous investigation of any technical product related issues
• Proactive problem solving any technical quality issues, from raw material through to finish products
• Liaising directly with a range of b2b customers ensuring the highest levels of technical accuracy and customer service, in person as well as over the phone and in writing
• Management of all validation processes across the site maintaining and updating the validation plan, accurately documenting all changes
• Extensive accurate record keeping using Oracle
• Overseeing all validation processes and reporting before final sign-off
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
• Monitoring performance of the quality team, gathering and analysing data
• Continuous improvement through review of audits both internal and external
• Any other duties as required

To be considered for this fantastic Technical Validation Lead role, you will be:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) within a relevant field (chemistry, materials science, food, life sciences or similar)
• Working within Validation within a relevant sector (ideally healthcare)
• A clear leader as demonstrated through your skills and experience
• Technically minded with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and concise fashion
• An organized, methodical project manager
• Experienced in managing validation processes from start to finish within a healthcare setting: process, test method, cleaning, FUE
• Flexible and able to drive with your own transport (essential)
• Able to work in the UK permanently with NO restrictions (sponsorship will not be offered for this position)

The BEST candidates for this role will also have:

• Knowledge of Oracle
• Up to date knowledge of cGMP and ISO 9001:2015
• Experience working with/knowledge of the FMEA process
• A Pharmaceutical background
