Key Responsibilities
- General Office Duties: Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Reception: Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Direct them to appropriate personnel and answer inquiries.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Maintain office calendars and meeting schedules.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Order supplies as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
