Program Manager

Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation management, program management, or corporate innovation roles. 3. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing innovation projects in a corporate setting. 4. Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem, including incubation processes, funding mechanisms, and technology trends. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 6. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives. 7. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. 8. Experience working in the automobile industry or with startups is desirable. Manage the incubation process for startups, providing mentorship, resources, and support to help them succeed. 5.
