Job Overview
We are looking for two B2B Digital Project Managers to join our Digital Services team under one offer. These roles involve managing the development and deployment of digital solutions tailored for business customers, focusing on either the Business Portal or Shipping Tools.
B2B Digital Project Manager – Business Portal:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the development of our digital business portal, designed to serve small, medium, and large enterprises. Your tasks will include:
- Defining and rolling out the strategy for the business portal, focusing on optimizing user experience.
- Collecting business needs, working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Sales), and delivering enhancements to meet the requirements of various business units.
- Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and services to boost customer satisfaction and adoption.
- Monitoring portal usage through KPIs, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
B2B Digital Project Manager – Shipping Tools:
- In this role, you will manage the development and enhancement of our shipping tools, both online and offline, aimed at improving the shipping process for businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the evolution of shipping tools to ensure seamless parcel management for business customers of all sizes.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs and refine tools that enhance shipping processes.
- Coordinating the roll-out of these solutions across business units, ensuring proper adoption and integration with local systems.
- Measuring tool performance, usage, and business value through defined KPIs to drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the business owner of group digital solutions, defining the digital services strategy, roadmap, and rollout in collaboration with Business Units (BU), IT, Marketing, Design, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Collect and coordinate BU needs, identifying service improvements through Design Thinking, and establishing value propositions and use cases.
- Benchmark competitors’ services, identifying market opportunities and ensuring differentiation.
- Manage projects in agile methodology, ensuring the right balance between quality, time-to-market, and budget. Identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular progress updates.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with international teams to gather requirements and best practices for effective service deployment.
- Create training materials and support documentation for internal and external teams, ensuring successful tool adoption.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing with BUs, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with operational and commercial objectives.
Profile & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in B2B digital services project management, ideally with experience in portal management or shipping tools for enterprises.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and French. A third language is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital tools such as MS Pack-Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics. Experience in managing cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a digital environment, with a deep understanding of business needs and customer experience management.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce and logistics sectors, with an understanding of B2B customer expectations.
Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (with 2 days of home office per week). Occasional travel mainly within Europe (2 days per month).
