Job Title : Lead - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience : 5 to 8 Years Level : Expert Location : Pune Immediate joiner Job Description : We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead to join our team and drive innovative marketing technology solutions. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SFMC, strong technical skills, and extensive experience in configuring, integrating, and optimizing SFMC for cross-channel marketing. This role demands a mix of hands-on marketing automation expertise, technical proficiency, and effective project management to support clients in maximizinG their marketing ROI. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, and custom dashboards. - Execute strategies incorporating Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud, and Datorama. - Develop, automate, and optimize marketing journeys, ensuring efficient workflows. - Configure SFMC modules, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact and Audience Builders, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Einstein features. - Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, HTML, and CSS for dynamic and responsive Utilize APIs to trigger campaigns and integrate third-party tools seamlessly. - Support production, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding clients in SFMC implementation and Translate client needs into functional specifications and project plans. - Conduct discovery calls, proof of concepts (POCs), and solutioning sessions with clients to understand business goals and design effective solutions. - Oversee project timelines, delivering regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering guidance on campaign planning and addressing complex scenarios. - Provide ongoing support to internal delivery teams, conducting knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and acting as a Subject Matter Expert Certifications (not all are required) : - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Data Cloud : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field. - 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation Strong client-facing skills with a history of conducting discovery sessions, delivering POCs, and solutioning. - Technical expertise in SFMC and familiarity with Salesforce CRM, MarTech, and Experience in the automotive and retail sector is advantageous. - Background in Agile project management and effective facilitation skills. - Knowledge of Marketing Automation Data Governance, Security, and Compliance : Pune, with occasional travel to client site as required.
