Solution Architect - Azure/BPMN

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain the organization's technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives. - Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and business transformation. - Collaborate with business leaders to define technology roadmaps and prioritize initiatives. - Design and document comprehensive solution architectures, including cloud-native and hybrid solutions. - Select appropriate technologies and frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines) to meet business needs. - Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and organizational guidelines. - Model business processes using BPMN and UML to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows. - Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of complex solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Resolve technical challenges and make critical architectural decisions. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment processes. - Design and implement integration strategies using various patterns (e.g., ESB, message queues, API gateways). - Ensure seamless integration between systems and applications. - Address data consistency, security, and performance issues related to integration. - Enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and security best practices. - Conduct regular reviews of the IT environment to identify and mitigate risks. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services. - Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, API design (RESTful, GraphQL), and data platforms (SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehousing, data lakes, data pipelines). - Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and business process modeling (BPMN, UML). - Familiarity with integration patterns (ESB, message queues, API gateways). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
