IT Security & Compliance Associate

Salary : 5-14 LPA Responsibilities : 1. Perform real-time monitoring, with tools like Mobile device management. 2. Perform security incident handling, following up and preparing a report, tracking security incidents with the 3rd party vendors that we are utilizing. 3. Monitor our compliance structure with the different compliance we fall under and maintain overall compliance. 4. Perform investigation, analysis, reporting, and escalations of security events from multiple log sources, along with experience in SIEM tools. And give meaningful Splunk, Sentinel 5. Assist the security and compliance team with conducting compliance audits and risk assessments to evaluate whether our practices and procedures and make sure we are compliant and adhere to current laws and government regulations. 6. Provide analysis and trending of security events, alarms, and information from a large number of security and network devices. 7. Supporting the development and execution of new compliance policies and procedures as required. 8. Contribute to the planning and development of compliance programs by tracking regulatory changes and conducting research on specific policies and helping in implementation of those policies. 9. Ensure proper documentation and rapid remediation of identified deviations. 10. Assist in the completion of client security questionnaires. 11. Research security enhancements and make recommendations. 12. Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards. Requirements : 1. Working knowledge of common security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27000, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc. 2. Experience with integrating security into the software development lifecycle. 3. Solid technical grasp of cloud concepts, particularly Microsoft Azure. 4. Skilled in the use of SIEM tools, including Splunk, LogRhythm, and QRadar. 5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 6. Capable of engaging with the company, customers, and third parties to drive security, compliance, and IT improvements. 7. Excellent communication skills with a talent for process documentation and the ability to distill complex processes into clear, well-written documents. (ref:hirist.tech)
