Product Manager cum Dealer

Job Description:

• Work closely with sales teams, Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis
• Assist Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, equities, funds and structured products
• Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes/ systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements
• Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data (e.g. contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, etc.)
• Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
• Perform any tasks and project works as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

• Min degree or above
• Able to handle work stress and accurate in order placement
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin language to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
