Technical Product Program Manager Lead – iRetail (iService/France)

As the Technical Product Program Manager Lead at Advantech-AURES, you will be at the forefront of integrating both companies' strengths, playing a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge iRetail Solutions, such as POS, AIO and kiosk solutions. You will serve as a key technical liaison, ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams while leading the development of scalable, modular systems essential to the retail, hospitality, and service industries.

Additionally, you will provide crucial technical support for international business development and pre-sales efforts, particularly in markets like France and the whole Europe. Your leadership will directly contribute to Advantech-AURES' mission of bringing greater convenience to the world, positioning the company as a global leader in innovative solutions and driving sustained growth across key international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive market innovation in France and Europe by analyzing iRetail industry trends to define target markets, product specifications, and impactful Go-to-Market strategies.
• Develop and execute high-impact marketing plans for new products, working closely with regional sales teams to increase product visibility and capture market share.
• Lead cross-border product development projects, managing timelines and resolving challenges in collaboration with local BDM, pre-sales, and PSM teams in France, as well as product managers and R&D at Advantech’s Taiwan headquarters.
• Ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration to meet key project milestones efficiently.
• Provide direct technical guidance to BDM and pre-sales teams in France and Europe, ensuring alignment with Advantech’s Taiwan headquarters on product technology and strategy.
• Conduct detailed pricing, cost analysis, and profit forecasting, working closely with local teams to optimize costs and maximize profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, with PMP certification considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP, PLA, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a successful track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in cross-border project communication and international coordination.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
