Job Description
Job Title : SAP BPC Consultant/Specialist. Location : Gurugram. Experience : 6 Yrs. Job Summary : The SAP BPC Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) application. This role focuses on improving a company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. The consultant will work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and efficient use of the SAP BPC system. Key Responsibilities : Implementation & Configuration : - Implement and configure SAP BPC solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation. Business Process Analysis : - Work with finance teams to understand their financial reporting requirements and translate them into SAP BPC solutions. Customization & Optimization : - Customize the BPC system to meet specific business needs and optimize performance. Integration : - Integrate SAP BPC with other SAP and non-SAP applications such as SAP ERP (FI/CO) and other financial systems. Data Management : - Manage and maintain the data models, dimensions, and hierarchies within the BPC system. User Training : - Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to ensure smooth system adoption and understanding of BPC functionalities. Support : - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SAP BPC system, including identifying and resolving issues related to system functionality and performance. Testing & Validation : - Create test cases, perform testing, and validate results to ensure the system meets business requirements. Reporting & Analytics : - Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP BPC tools for management reporting and analysis. Project Management : - Work on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and manage expectations. Required Skills : - Strong knowledge and experience with SAP BPC (version 10.0 or higher), including configuration, implementation, and support. - Familiarity with financial planning and consolidation processes. - Experience with SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) modules is preferred. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financial data. - Knowledge of financial reporting and planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, etc. - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Experience with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) or related planning tools is an advantage. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
