Product Manager, Retail Banking The United States

Summary

This is a new Product Squad that will be built in the US to support our Core Banking go-to-market strategy in terms of product adaptation and localization.

What you'll do

1. Develop and execute the value delivery strategy for our core banking platform, focused on Retail Banking products for the US market.
2. Monitor industry standards, market trends and technological innovations, including mapping needs, insights and feedback with our current clients and prospects.
3. Understand the US Core Banking market in depth, including its most popular products, competitive landscape, regulatory aspects and trends.
4. Monitor the launch of new regulations by regulatory entities and other entities to prioritize demands with the development team.
5. Develop the product roadmap seeking to optimize the delivery of value to clients (current and future) and to Pismo.
6. Evaluate, together with engineering and business development, the approaches available to implement the product roadmap: build, partner, buy.
7. Develop and monitor product solutions throughout their entire life cycle and ensure product quality, including non-functional aspects such as: integrity, resilience and scalability.
8. Prioritize and manage the product evolution backlog.
9. Work together and monitor engineering deliveries using agile models.
10. Cooperate with other teams to develop "cross squads" evolutions.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Relevant experience with a successful track record of working with Retail and SME banking products in the US.
2. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one core banking platform.
3. Strong technical background with a track record of successfully managing complex, API-driven products.
4. Navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and technological landscape.
5. Experience of working in an agile environment using tools such as Jira, Miro, etc.
6. (Desirable) Working knowledge of APIs, Postman, and AWS cloud computing environment.
