What you will do at Topsort- Generate a Pipeline for Brazil: Leverage Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, cold calling, industry events, networking to build a pipeline of retailers, marketplaces, and brands that are eager to join this retail media revolution! Bonus point if you are analytical and good with Excel and other tools for automating sequences. Be a master relationship builder: We are not in a transactional sales, so you should be able to create a network and grow a network of retailers from events, outreaches, and user education.
- Building Pipeline: This role will report to the Head of Sales in Brazil, and success is measured in qualified leads generated on an ongoing basis.
- Become a Retail Media Expert.
- Speak the Topsort language: Clearly communicate Topsort's value proposition and tailor your approach to each prospect. Initiate contact with leads through sequences, emails, and personalized messages. You are the initial contact of Topsort as the product expert!
- University or MBA degree from a top university, preferred analytical, engineering, business background.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: If you have built a project, or demonstrated capabilities of creating something from nothing, or growing a project from 0 to 1, it’s a big plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of business and sales experience, preferably with complex solutions in the mid to enterprise market and SaaS products.
- Excellent Communicator: You should be a fearless and excellent communicator through various channels, and enjoy engaging with people to attract clients and raise awareness of our media monetization tools, which is crucial. You’re expected to travel, attend tradeshow events, be the face of Topsort on all channels and industry groups, and learn to speak the product language and give excellent demos.
