Iron Mountain is seeking a Digital Operations Delivery Technology Specialist to join our Digital Operations team. This role is crucial for driving operational performance improvements through innovative solutions and advanced technology. The Specialist will support regional operational teams, ensuring the right tools are used and new solutions are designed to enhance operational tools and standards. By leveraging technology experience and analysis skills, the Specialist will identify impactful opportunities for improvement, recommend priorities, and execute solutions based on global best practices and innovative approaches.

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert for operational technologies across the region, applying industry experience and innovative solutions.
  2. Ensure standard tools and processes are in place and executed as expected.
  3. Perform project reviews to support productivity and efficiency improvements, focusing on process and technology design/re-design.
  4. Support operations with performance tools calibration and KPI reporting.
  5. Identify variations from key performance indicators and work with local teams to chart remediation paths, following up on progress.
  6. Develop relationships with local operations teams to provide guidance and assistance.
  7. Assist in solution implementation planning and execution for large or complex customer engagements.
  8. Design and define requirements for improvement initiatives, including testing and approval (UAT).
  9. Model and project for improvement initiatives, testing, and documenting new tools and processes.
  10. Identify short- and near-term technology initiatives to improve operational performance as part of financial planning.
  11. Support operations change management, rollout, and training on technology improvement initiatives.
  12. Deliver results expected by initiative forecasts, identifying and removing blockers.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Fluent in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  3. 5+ years of experience with relevant solutions in:
  4. - Business Process Outsourcing/Management technical experience (mailroom, scanning, data capture, etc.).
  5. - Business solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Content Management, Document Management Systems, Workflow, Business Process Management, and/or Information Governance.
  6. - Proven experience in advanced document capture and data recognition technologies.
  7. - Strong understanding and experience with relevant technology and excellent data analysis skills.
  8. - Advanced spreadsheet and/or intermediate database skills.
  9. - Knowledgeable in standard processes scalable in a production environment.
  10. - Effective presentation of detailed analysis results to senior management.
  11. - Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  12. - Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical abilities.
