Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and develop a strategic growth initiative in Retail Other Hardlines Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of these key customer offering programs that enhance the value proposition for Amazon customers.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Establish the direction and long-term roadmap for Retail Hardlines strategic initiatives
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and continuous improvement of these programs
  3. Manage cross-functional stakeholders
  4. Analyze program data and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  5. Collaborate with leaders across Retail, Operations, Supply Chain and other key business areas to ensure seamless integration and alignment
  6. Drive the development and testing of new program features, promotions, and pricing strategies
  7. Represent the programs in cross-functional meetings and executive presentations
  8. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and exceptional customer focus

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience in program or project management
  2. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  3. Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience in driving process improvements
  2. Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
