Chef de partie

We are currently recruiting an experienced and professional chef looking to take on a chef de partie role at 67 Pall Mall Verbier. 67 Pall Mall Verbier is a private member club, fine-dining restaurant located in Verbier in the Swiss Alps. We are looking for a chef de partie who: ·Has previous experience as a chef de partie in a high quality and busy environment ·Has good people management skills ·Is passionate and has great pride in their production ·Has an eye for detail ·Is creative ·Has a good personality and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude ·Is consistent and reliable and an excellent team player ·Has a good command of the English Language &/or French •Experience in a fine-dining establishment or busy quality restaurant. •Passion for new, exciting ingredients, flavour’s and combinations and working with seasonal and local produce •Motivated, productive, hands-on, hard working •Able to work in a high-pressure environment Role: Chef de partie Job Type: Seasonal , Full Time Location: Bagnes, Apply for this job now.
