Role Overview : The IT Admin will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure Single Sign-On (SSO), Intune, Jamf and SentinelOne. This role involves overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these technologies to ensure a secure, efficient, and collaborative digital workplace. How You'll Contribute : - Administer and configure Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. - Monitor and manage user licenses, permissions, and security settings within the Microsoft 365 environment. - Implement and maintain email security measures, such as anti-phishing and anti- malware solutions. - Design, implement, and manage Azure Active Directory to facilitate seamless single sign-on experiences for users. - Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and authorization issues related to Azure AD. - Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection. - Develop and enforce security policies for mobile devices and endpoints through Intune C Jamf - Collaborate with end-users to provide support and troubleshoot device-related issues. - Oversee company-wide access management, including activation, deactivation, and periodic reviews. - Coordinate with vendors for device management and outsourcing, ensuring EOL compliance and timely upgrades. - Maintain comprehensive IT asset inventory, access dictionary, and establish SOPs for efficient resolution of IT/access issues - Handle day-to-day IT help desk requests, including user account management, password resets, and general technical support - Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting local and remote network problems What Talview Offers : - Competitive salary with attractive performance incentives. - Career advancement opportunities in a globally expanding technology company. - Exposure to innovative AI-driven proctoring solutions. - A dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work culture. - We provide meals and Snacks Talview is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
